Overview

Walk Up Songs ("the App") is developed and maintained by Peter Zanetti ("I", "me", "my"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, how your data is handled, and your rights regarding your information.

The short version: Walk Up Songs does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data whatsoever. Period.

No Personal Data Collection

Walk Up Songs does not collect any personal information from you. Specifically, the App does not:

Data Stored on Your Device

All data created within Walk Up Songs — including team names, player names, roster configurations, song selections, cue points, announcer recordings, and app settings — is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to enable it, in your personal iCloud account.

This data never leaves your device or your iCloud account. I have no access to it, cannot view it, and cannot retrieve it.

iCloud Backup & Sync

Walk Up Songs supports optional iCloud backup and sync. When enabled, your app data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which is managed entirely by Apple under Apple's own Privacy Policy. I do not operate any cloud servers for Walk Up Songs and have zero access to your iCloud data.

Apple Music Integration

Walk Up Songs integrates with Apple Music to allow you to search for and play songs. This integration uses Apple's MusicKit framework and operates entirely through Apple's infrastructure. I do not receive, store, or have access to any information about your Apple Music account, listening history, or library.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Walk Up Songs offers optional in-app subscriptions processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. All payment processing, billing, and subscription management is handled by Apple. I do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, billing details, or Apple ID.

AI Voice Generation

Walk Up Songs Pro includes an AI-powered announcer voice feature. Text you enter for voice generation (typically player names and numbers) is sent to ElevenLabs, a third-party text-to-speech service, to generate the audio. Only the text you provide is transmitted — no personal information, device identifiers, or account data is sent. The generated audio is returned to your device and stored locally.

I do not control how ElevenLabs processes the text it receives. For details on their data handling practices, see ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Because Walk Up Songs does not collect any personal data from any user of any age, there is no special handling required for children's data. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or any other age) because it does not collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is ever updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Because Walk Up Songs does not collect any user data, there is no mechanism to notify you directly of changes — please check this page periodically.
