Walk Up Songs - iOS App

Effective Date: February 28, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Walk Up Songs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by Peter Zanetti ("I", "me", "my").

License

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Walk Up Songs on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of Walk Up Songs is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern to the extent of the conflict.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Walk Up Songs offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions ("Pro"). Key details:

Free Tier: Fully functional with up to 3 players. No payment required. No time limit.

Pro Subscriptions: Unlock unlimited players, AI announcer voice generation, custom team colors, and additional features. Available as monthly or yearly plans.

Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until then.

Your Content

All content you create in Walk Up Songs - including team names, player names, roster configurations, song selections, cue points, and announcer recordings - belongs to you. I do not claim any ownership over your content. Your content is stored locally on your device and optionally in your iCloud account. I have no access to your content.

Music & Third-Party Content

Walk Up Songs allows you to play music from Apple Music and import MP3 files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any music or audio content within the App. I do not provide, license, or host any music content. All music playback is facilitated through Apple's MusicKit framework and is subject to your Apple Music subscription terms.

AI-Generated Content

Walk Up Songs Pro includes AI-powered announcer voice generation. The AI voice feature is provided "as is" - I do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of AI-generated audio and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the feature at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Walk Up Songs to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

• Generate content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful

• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment mechanisms

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Disclaimer of Warranties

Walk Up Songs is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. I make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App or any of its features, including but not limited to music playback, iCloud sync, and AI voice generation. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. My total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Walk Up Songs at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall survive.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which I reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
